Obviously the main purpose of this video is to generate targeted traffic to the service offered by the originating company. Nevertheless posting links to social bookmarking sites, such as del.icio.us or digg.com can help drive more traffic to your site.

But be aware that your Google PageRank often is not directly affected by these backlinks. For example del.icio.us adds the rel="nofollow" attribute to anchor elements, meaning that you will not benefit from the PageRank of the site linking to yours.

Still this video is somewhat entertaining and fun to watch.
