Feed2Podcast offers a free service that turns your site's RSS feed into a podcast using text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis. You can simply add a link to your podcast feed. Or should it be called podfeed or feedcast? You can add a link to an audio player that is opened in a popup window or include a customizable widget on your pages (see below).

I just listened to the podcast of the latest post on SEO Expert Blog. Well, it is synthetic speech but it sounds better than I expected. For people with visual disabilities or those who don't want to read all the time this is a useful service. May speech synthesis improve.
